Aliza Hava

Aliza Hava is not your typical singer/songwriter. This award-winning songstress is firmly dedicated to using the power of music to inspire personal and global transformation. A breathtaking performer, her conscientious and introspective lyrics explore the deepest levels of love, life, spirituality, and the importance of positive social change.

Through studying Music Therapy and her own personal spiritual development, Hava has gained an understanding of music as a gateway to healing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels simultaneously. Infusing these ideals into her songwriting, she creates songs which embody the principles of peace, understanding, and unity in action.

Her debut, RISE, is an artistic statement of conscience calling for an end to war and a growing awareness of our social and environmental responsibilities. Hava has been a featured artist at The United Nations and represents the international organization Pathways to Peace, an international peacebuilding organization which promotes The Culture of Peace Initiative and The International Day of Peace, September 21st of each year.

She has performed at social justice events throughout the United States, India, Australia and the Middle East, where the song RISE has been proclaimed an anthem for Israeli/Palestinian coexistence. Hava has shared venues with such artists as Matisyahu, Michael Franti and Spearhead, Jefferson Starship, David Broza, Richie Havens, Derek Trucks, The Persuasions and more. She has performed at NYC’s Madison Square Garden, The Apollo Theater, NBC's Rainbow Room, and venues throughout the U.S. and abroad.
